With an atrium, French woodwork windows, a spacious doorway and a balcony that affords a nearly 270º outlook, its interior design combines traditional materials and elements such as wood, plaster, marble and iron with state-of-the-art technologies, keeping in mind its guests and customers’ comfort.
Classed as a place for those who love good cooking, the Saratoga has Anacaona restaurant, which took its name after the local all-women band that used to perform in the hotel outdoor areas, and specializes in Cuban and international exquisite and stylized cuisine.
On top, Saratoga bar balcony offers light food and foreign dishes, as well as special services for cocktail parties, festivities and banquets. At Anacaona bar, situated in the anteroom of the restaurant of the same name, visitors may taste a variety of local and international cocktails, and Mezzanine bar offers an ideal place to enjoy a continental breakfast, a light lunch, the afternoon tea, snacks or a few drinks at night.
