Marqués de San Felipe y Santiago de Bejucal Hotel

History and modern age merge in this building formerly owned by Mr. Sebastián de Peñalver in the late 18th century and by the 4th Marquis de San Felipe y Santiago’s successors in the early 19th century. Featuring a minimalist interior decoration in contrast with baroque details on the façade, Marquis de San Felipe y Santiago de Bejucal’s Palace, now a 4-star category hotel, rises as the first facility of its kind in St. Francis Square. In addition, the building is very near St. Francis of Assisi Convent, which has become a large cultural center.
