Tejadillo Hotel

The building occupied by Tejadillo Hotel, with an unusual layout, is the result of putting together three big houses from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. A genuine colonial guesthouse is revealed behind the great front doors of Tejadillo Hotel that features paintings inspired by the city, ceramic pieces and copper travelers. The lobby recalls a living room in a Havana house from the 18th and 19th centuries, leading to Catedral (Cathedral) breakfast room. The hotel has two interior courtyards, La Arcada and La Yagruma, the former features a mural painting evocative of the façade arches and the city galleries, and the latter was designed to enjoy a moment’s peace and meditation.
The hotel, situated off the Cathedral Square, is in a prime location in Havana. El Patio, one of the best restaurants in town, serving typical Cuban and international food; the Colonial Art Museum, with decorative art collections; and Havana Experimental Visual Arts Workshop, where Cuban and foreign artists come together, are some of the places that you could visit during your stay in this Hotel, which is also near Palacio O’Farrill Hotel.
