La Dominica Restaurant

The Dominica used to be an elegant café. It was a meeting place for politicians since the early 19th century, when the 1812 Spanish constitution was in force in Cuba. Uniquely decorated with allegorical characters of the Carnival of Venice, this public space of the Historic Center serves a choice of Italian and international dishes with a local flavor. Food is accompanied by excellent wines in an atmosphere liven up by instrumental and Cuban traditional music, both indoors and outdoors.
